Privacy Policy
This site lets you send photos and a short note to Anushka Kalyanpur. This page explains exactly what is collected, where it goes, and how to get it removed.
Who is responsible
Anushka Kalyanpur operates emily.anushkakalyanpurdeluca.com and is the person responsible for the material you send. Contact: standanushka@gmail.com.
What is collected
Only what you choose to submit, plus ordinary web server records:
- Files you upload — the JPG, PNG or PDF files you select, including any metadata embedded in them by your camera or phone. That metadata can include the date, device model and, if your camera saves it, the location where the photo was taken.
- Your note — the text you type in the note box.
- Your name — the name you enter, which is required so each submission can be attributed.
- Server logs — the web server records the IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp and requested address for each visit. This is standard nginx logging used for security and troubleshooting.
There are no accounts, no passwords and no cookies. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on this site.
Where it goes
When you press Send, your browser uploads the files directly to Google Drive. The file contents do not pass through or get stored on this website’s server.
- Files are saved to a private folder in Anushka Kalyanpur’s Google Drive. They are not shared publicly and no public link is generated.
- Your note is saved alongside the files and is also sent by email to Anushka Kalyanpur. Small files may be attached to that email; larger ones are referenced by a private Drive link.
Who can see it
Anushka Kalyanpur, and the service providers below in their role as hosts of the data. Nothing is sold, rented, published, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
- Google LLC — stores the files (Google Drive) and carries the notification email (Gmail). Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- The hosting provider for this website’s server, which holds the server logs described above.
Material may also be disclosed where the law requires it, such as a valid legal order.
How long it is kept
Uploaded files, notes and emails are kept until Anushka Kalyanpur deletes them; there is no automatic expiry. Server logs are kept for a short period and rotate automatically.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and uploads travel encrypted to Google. Files sit in a private Drive folder protected by Anushka Kalyanpur’s Google account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything you would consider highly sensitive — identity documents, financial records, medical records or passwords.
Your choices and rights
Everything here is voluntary — if you do not want something stored, do not upload it. To ask what has been kept about you, to get a copy, or to have it deleted, email standanushka@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honoured for anything still held, other than records the law requires be kept. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to correct your data, object to its use, or complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and material about a child should only be sent by that child’s parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent something here, email the address above and it will be deleted.
International transfers
Google stores data on servers that may be located outside your country. Submitting material means it may be transferred and stored elsewhere.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be reflected there.
