Terms of Use
These terms apply to emily.anushkakalyanpurdeluca.com (“the site”), operated by Anushka Kalyanpur. Using the site to send files or a note means you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site does
The site accepts photos (JPG, PNG or PDF) and a short note, and delivers them privately to Anushka Kalyanpur via Google Drive and email. It is a personal tool, provided free of charge.
2. What you may send
By uploading, you confirm that:
- You own the material, or otherwise have the right to send it.
- Anyone identifiable in a photo is aware of and agrees to it being sent, where their agreement is required.
- The material is lawful. Do not send anything unlawful, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- The files contain no malware, and you will not use the site to attack, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure.
Do not send highly sensitive material such as identity documents, financial or medical records, or credentials.
3. Rights in what you send
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Anushka Kalyanpur permission to store, copy, view and back up that material for the purpose you sent it for. No wider licence is granted — the material will not be published, sold or used commercially without asking you first.
4. Limits
Only JPG, PNG and PDF files are accepted, up to 25 MB each and 20 files per submission. Uploads are checked after arrival and anything that is not genuinely one of those formats is deleted, as are PDFs carrying scripts or embedded files. These limits may change without notice, and uploads that do not complete are not received.
5. Removal
Anushka Kalyanpur may delete any submission at any time, for any reason, without notice — including material that breaks these terms. Nothing here is a commitment to retain what you send. Keep your own copy of anything you care about.
6. Availability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be offline, slow, or discontinued at any time, and uploads may fail. No warranty of any kind is given, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Third-party services
The site relies on Google Drive and Gmail. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the handling of data once it reaches them, and Anushka Kalyanpur is not responsible for outages, changes or failures in those services.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Anushka Kalyanpur is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost, corrupted or undelivered uploads. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Privacy
How submissions are handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
